When your life is racing full-speed ahead, so is your mind. Sometimes we need to slow down, in order to speed up. Restorative Yoga is typically 3-5 poses supported by props to allow you to completely relax and rest. It not only quiets the mind, it can balance the nervous system, boost the immune system, enhance mood states, heal emotional pain, + more.
